Welcome to Ai Lịch. By accessing the website or using the Ai Lịch app, you agree to the terms below.
1. What Ai Lịch provides
Ai Lịch is a lunar/solar calendar app for iPhone: accurate lunar dates, Can Chi (heavenly stems and earthly branches), solar terms, and auspicious hours; managing and reminding you of solar or lunar events (including recurring events across leap-month years); two-way sync with the built-in iPhone Calendar; and a set of reference tools (lunar/solar date conversion, zodiac compatibility, prayer texts, day counter, year calendar).
You agree to use the service lawfully, respect other users, and not attempt to damage or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
2. Reference content, not professional advice
Information about auspicious/inauspicious days, favorable hours, Can Chi, zodiac compatibility, prayer texts, and other cultural content in Ai Lịch is provided for cultural reference and personal planning purposes only. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on this information.
3. Accounts
Ai Lịch's calendar features are fully usable without creating an account. Signing in with Sign in with Apple or Google is optional and used to back up and sync your data across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, and you may delete your account at any time from More › Account in the app.
4. Content you create
You retain ownership of events, notes, and other content you enter into Ai Lịch, but you grant us the right to process and store that content to the extent necessary to provide the service (for example, syncing across your own devices).
5. Plans and payment
Ai Lịch offers a free tier (with ads) and paid options (a one-time ad-removal purchase, or a Pro subscription adding multi-device sync and advanced widgets). All purchases are processed through the App Store under Apple's terms; renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by App Store policies, not handled directly by Ai Lịch.
6. Intellectual property
The Ai Lịch brand, interface, source code, and content we created or curated (including quotes, prayer texts, and Can Chi/astrological data) belong to Ai Lịch or are in the public domain with sources credited. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit these elements without written permission.
7. Third-party services
Ai Lịch relies on infrastructure from Apple and Google/Firebase to operate sign-in, sync, and analytics. Use of those services is governed by each provider's own terms.
8. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service for maintenance and product improvement. You may stop using the service at any time, including deleting the app and deleting your account if you created one.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ai Lịch is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, cultural reference information in the service, including but not limited to auspicious-day and feng shui-style content.
